At Lorewil, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out the way you hoped, and we're here to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

 

Our Return Window

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you're welcome to submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered. Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

 

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. This means all original packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories must be present and undamaged. We are unable to process returns for items that appear to have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling. Both defective and non-defective items are eligible for return, provided these conditions are met.

 

Who Covers Return Shipping?

This depends on the reason for your return.

If your item arrived damaged, was defective upon arrival, or we sent you the wrong product entirely, Lorewil will take full responsibility for the return shipping costs. We'll make sure the situation is resolved fairly and promptly.

If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind — for example, you ordered the wrong size, colour, or decided the product wasn't quite right for you — the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. You'll need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping label, and please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable in these cases.

 

How to Start a Return

We require all returns to be approved before you send anything back to us. Here's how the process works:

Step 1 — Contact Us Send an email to info@lorewil.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item.
Step 2 — Wait for Approval Our support team will review your request and follow up with detailed return instructions tailored to your situation.
Step 3 — Pack Your Item After receiving our approval, carefully repack your item in its original packaging, making sure all included materials and accessories are secured inside.
Step 4 — Ship It Back Arrange shipment of the package according to the instructions we provided. If the return is due to a change of mind, you'll be responsible for purchasing and attaching the return shipping label.

 

Refund Processing

After your returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements. You'll receive an email notification once this review has been completed. If your return is approved, your refund will be applied back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to be fully reflected on your end, depending on your bank or payment provider.
