Where We Ship
At this time, Lorewil ships exclusively to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping under this policy. If you're unsure whether your address qualifies, feel free to reach out to our support team before placing your order.
Free Shipping on Every Order
Every order shipped within Canada qualifies for free shipping: no minimum order value, no discount codes needed, and no handling fees added at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Order Processing
Once you've placed your order, our team gets to work preparing it for shipment. Orders submitted before 11:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) are queued for processing the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be picked up on the next business day.
Our processing team operates Monday through Friday, with a standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and handed over to one of our delivery partners, you can expect it to arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Combined with processing time, the estimated total delivery window is approximately 6 to 9 business days from the date your order was placed.
Please keep in mind that delivery times can occasionally vary depending on your location within Canada or due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or high-volume periods.
